What Does SKAAsecure Cover?

SKAAsecure provides comprehensive protection for a range of SKAA and Dillinger Labs products, offering 2 additional years of coverage beyond the factory warranty. Here’s what’s included:

• Power & Physical Damage: Coverage for electronic damage due to normal use, including power surges and lightning.
• Wear & Tear: Protection against physical damage that impacts product usability under normal use.
• Battery Replacement: If you notice a decline in battery performance on select devices, we’ll replace it—no extra charge.

Simple Service Process

1. Initial Troubleshooting: Our experts will assist you via email to resolve any issues remotely.
2. Shipping: If repair is needed, simply ship your product to our Edmonton, AB service center. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we offer a flat-rate option for convenience.
3. Repair or Replacement: We’ll inspect, repair, or replace your product and send it back to you, hassle-free.
